What You'll Do: We have a newly created Financial Services Tax - Associate Director role (Asset Management) due to the recent success of the Financial Services Tax team. The predominant focus of the role is to drive our growing Asset Management FS Tax practice. You will help to lead our go-to-market offering across the Asset Management sector, managing our business development opportunities and have a key role in helping to drive our wider FS Tax strategy. You will be responsible for managing various teams across FS Tax advisory, compliance and audit of tax engagements. Manage a portfolio of high-quality work for clients and profitable outcomes for the business through use of best practices, technology and alignment with Firm policies. Be a role-model to junior team members in our London office in the delegation and review of work as well as fostering their learning and development. What You'll Bring: Extensive experience in leading a portfolio of FS tax engagements in the Asset Management space across tax advisory services. Keen interest to maintain up-to-date knowledge of broader business tax, international tax, regulatory and tax accounting areas (e.g. OECD Pillar 2 - GloBE). Willingness to take on team management and development roles within the FS Tax team. Broad experience of managing financials on client engagements, setting timetables, delivering on budgets and negotiating fees with clients.
