The opportunity Delaware North UK is hiring for a casual Profit Protection Compliance Manager to join our Match Day team at our Stadium of Light site in Sunderland. The role will support the Profit Protection Manager in delivery of the event day Profit Protection and Risk & Compliance agenda for Delaware North. You will work under the direction of the full time Risk & Compliance/ Profit Protection team & Delaware North Operational team being responsible for the delivery of required work activities. This role is offered on a casual worker agreement basis, with most events taking place at weekends and/or in the evening. That means you ll be able to earn some extra cash doing a fun job that fits in with your other commitments. Good working knowledge of managing operational standards & health and safety requirements, within a catering setting.
