You will work closely with students, parents/carers, staff and external professionals to ensure all learners are supported to achieve their potential.Key responsibilities lead and manage Learning Support and Library staff oversee SEND assessment, support and monitoring coordinate exam access arrangements manage budgets and learning support resources deliver staff training and contribute to quality improvement evaluate impact using data and contribute to self-assessmentAbout youYou will have experience of learning support/SEND in post-16 education, line management experience, and a strong commitment to inclusive practice.
