Duties involved in this role will include: Dealing with incoming calls to the business, dealing with enquiries at first point of contact & passing on calls & messages where appropriate Dealing with visitors to the office & noting on the system Management of the company's central email inbox, again dealing with enquiries if appropriate and escalating where necessary Dealing with both incoming & outgoing mail on a daily basis & receiving of incoming deliveries throughout the day Management of office supplies, ensuring everything is stocked & ordering from suppliers when required Dealing with the company's IT equipment provider ensuring everything is in good working order & repairs/replacements are arranged when required Dealing with any systems issues as they arise & reporting to IT provider Carrying out meeting preparation, ensuring that rooms are booked and set up, catering is organised and documentation is provided Various other ad hoc Administration duties as directed In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include: Previous experience within an Administration role - this experience is ESSENTIAL and candidates who have supported with HR Administration would be at an advantage First class communication skills - both written & verbal Solid IT skills including Microsoft Office, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise & manage your workload effectively The ability to work on your own initiative and seek out tasks to support with on occasions when your desk isn't busy If this is the role for you, apply now!
