As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will also act as the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) , provide leadership and management support to staff. Key Responsibilities Assist with the overall management of the nursery, including staff supervision, curriculum planning, and daily operations. Take full responsibility for the setting in the absence of the Nursery Manager. Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) , ensuring safeguarding procedures meet statutory requirements. Promote professional growth through staff mentoring, training, and performance reviews. Deliver and monitor a stimulating EYFS curriculum tailored to the needs of 3-year-olds.
