Supporting advertising operations across EMEA, you will join a specialist Solutions team that works closely with Account Management and Sales. Key Responsibilities Execute and support advertising campaigns across EMEA. Troubleshoot campaign setup, trafficking, creative, pacing, delivery and spend issues. Work closely with Account Management, Sales, Product, Engineering and Ads Policy teams. Partner with outsourced vendor teams to resolve day-to-day campaign issues. Conduct quality assurance checks on vendor-managed campaigns. Identify recurring errors, process gaps and systemic vendor issues. Test new advertising products, platform features, tools and commercial formats. Participate in user acceptance testing and provide actionable feedback. Report bugs and validate platform behaviour ahead of product launches. Identify opportunities to automate, simplify or remove manual operational tasks. Support the analysis of campaign quality and operational efficiency metrics. Maintain training materials, process documentation and troubleshooting guidance. Communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills and Experience A minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations or Ad Tech. Previous experience as an Ad Operations Specialist, Campaign Manager, Ad Trafficker, Digital Trafficker or similar. Strong knowledge of end-to-end ad-trafficking workflows. Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360 or a comparable ad-serving platform. Experience troubleshooting campaign setup, delivery, creative and technical issues. Knowledge of campaign monitoring, pacing, billing and reconciliation. Experience supporting product testing or user acceptance testing. Experience working with external, outsourced or offshore vendor teams. Strong cross-functional experience involving Account Management, Sales, Product and Engineering. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex problems. The role will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and senior management to ensure quality and regulatory requirements are understood and incorporated into our processes and projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System, working towards certification across the whole business. Maintain status as Known Consigner with the relevant authorities Plan and conduct internal audits and support external certification audits. Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities. Support Engineering with regulatory requirements capture during the design and manufacture of large-scale systems. Provide guidance on relevant regulations and directives, including: Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 Low Voltage Directive EMC Directive Pressure Equipment Directive(PED) ATEX Support technical documentation and CE/UKCA compliance activities. Work with Sales to identify additional quality and regulatory accreditations required to support opportunities within aerospace, defence,medical and other regulated sectors. Qualifications & Experience Essential: Strong background in Quality and Regulatory Affairs within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Good working knowledge of ISO 9001. Lead Auditor qualification or relevant auditing experience. Experience of quality systems, non-conformances and corrective actions. Good understanding of engineering/manufacturing processes.
