Negotiate and draft investment management agreements for a broad client base (including sovereign and government-related entities, pension schemes, UCITS managers and AIFMs). Support trading and derivatives activity, including counterparty documentation and related powers, authorities and representations required in client documentation. Work closely with Compliance on FCA requirements and broader regulatory change, and help shape firm policies and procedures. Contribute to key Legal initiatives, partnering with colleagues globally on time-sensitive work. Bring pragmatic judgement to new products and services-helping teams move quickly.
