They're now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their fast-growing and dynamic team in Cheltenham.

You'll combine market insight, relationship-building and strategic sourcing to deliver exceptional results for both candidates and clients, helping shape the future of cyber security talent across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the cybersecurity sector
• Source and engage top talent using job boards, social media, networking and headhunting techniques
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies and market movements to provide expert advice
• Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and enhance service delivery

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in cyber security or a related tech field
• Strong understanding of cyber security roles, technologies and market trends
• Experience with permanent recruitment
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with ATS systems and recruitment software
• Results-driven and motivated to consistently hit targets
• Commutable to central Cheltenham
