Are you an organised, detail-driven administrator with experience in recruitment compliance or candidate onboarding? Our client in Watford is expanding and is looking for a Recruitment Administration / Compliance professional to support their growing operations.
What you'll be doing
- Managing candidate compliance documentation, certifications and onboarding files
- Liaising regularly with internal stakeholders and candidates to gather required information
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant
- Supporting with varying workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Helping to streamline processes and improve documentation workflows
What we're looking for
- Experience in recruitment administration, compliance, onboarding or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with candidates and internal stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
