Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Primary Schools Across Leeds

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, long-term opportunities

Are you a recent graduate looking to take the first step into a career in education? Do you have a passion for supporting children's learning and making a positive impact in the classroom? We are recruiting enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join a range of vibrant inner-city primary schools across Leeds.



About the Role

You will be working across Early Years, KS1, and KS2, supporting pupils with:

  • General classroom learning
  • Behaviour and engagement
  • English as an Additional Language (EAL)
  • Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Small groups and 1:1 interventions

These roles offer invaluable hands-on experience for anyone considering teacher training, educational psychology, or a long-term career working with children.

  • Have strong communication skills and confidence in the classroom
  • Show resilience and positive behaviour management
  • Can take direction well from the class teacher
