What Is The Role?

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping and growing the HR recruitment division. You'll use your expertise to source and place top-tier HR professionals while building long-lasting partnerships with clients who trust your market knowledge and insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of high-quality HR candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market engagement.
• Develop trusted, consultative relationships with clients to fully understand their business goals and hiring strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews and candidate assessments to ensure outstanding matches for HR roles across multiple levels.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative and effective recruitment strategies that drive results.
• Stay ahead of HR industry trends, employment legislation, and market movements to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, helping to develop talent across the wider team.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant (HR recruitment experience is highly desirable).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and current HR market trends.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
• A collaborative team player with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
