Salary: 35k - 40k + Company Car/ Car Allowance + Package

We are seeking a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a Quantity Surveyor role with a busy drylining subcontractor. The position will involve supporting the commercial management of drylining packages, including valuations, variations, cost control, and final accounts across multiple projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Requirements:

• Quantity Surveyor Experience
• Drylining Experience Ideally

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit interim valuations
• Measure works and manage variations
• Monitor project costs and budgets
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages
• Attend site and commercial meetings
• Agree final accounts with main contractors
• Support cost reporting and forecasting
