Contract: Full-time, fixed-term (1 year) with the possibility of extension following a successful probation

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £33,144 - £34,815 per annum (actual)

Reporting to: School Business Manager / Senior Leadership Team

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Premises Manager to join a friendly and supportive school team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and well-managed school environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure site security and health & safety compliance
• Maintain buildings and outdoor areas
• Identify and carry out minor repairs and maintenance
• Work closely with school staff and contractors
• Support the school's values and ethos
