BMR are working with a well-established independent property consultancy with a strong presence across the South West and beyond. Known for their quality advice and long-standing client relationships, they operate across building surveying, planning, agency, development and property management.

Following continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team with the addition of an ambitious and motivated Building Surveyor.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality work and developing long-term client relationships.

Essential:
  • Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
  • MRICS qualified (or working towards APC)
  • Experience within commercial property consultancy or private practice
  • Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
  • Experience across both professional and project work
  • Knowledge of the South West property market
  • Ambition to progress within a growing regional consultancy
