This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues while continuing to develop your expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters.Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, and development projects.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients on leases, landlord and tenant matters, and property-related agreements.
• Liaise with clients, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transaction progression.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Participate in business development initiatives.

About You

• 1-5 years' PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong understanding of land law principles and commercial property transactions.
• Confident managing your own workload while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
