200m new build commercial development in Central London.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to required quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and direct labour to maintain productivity and sequencing of works.
  • Enforce health & safety compliance, conducting inductions, toolbox talks and ensuring RAMS are adhered to.
  • Monitor progress against programme, identifying delays and implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Maintain quality control, inspections and snag management through to practical completion.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, client and design team to resolve site issues and maintain clear communication throughout delivery.
