Fire and Security Operations Coordinator

Location: Camberley (Office based)
Salary: £28,000 basic

ABOUT

Our Client who specialises in Fire and Security Solutions across London and the home counties are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join their office team in the Surrey area due to recent growth and success. You will be joining a small, close knit team of Coordinators to help things run smoothly for a company with over 150 employees.

Responsibilities - Operations Coordinator:

As an Operations Coordinator, your role will include:

  • Stock Control and Allocation, preparing monthly stock control reports, track stock movements, allocating stock, stock disposal and ensuring stock costs are correctly allocated.
  • Managing fleet, including booking in services, MOT s, completing vehicle assessments, processing PCN S/fines/dart charges/parking systems etc.
  • Building and Facilities management ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and maintaining facility standards
  • Conduct regular audits of suppliers and subcontractors
  • Update ERP System with latest pricings.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports to the Operations Manager

Requirements Operations Coordinator:

  • Proven experience in logistics, facilities or operations
  • Must have Stock Control experience other aspects of the role can be taught
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Be organised and have great problem-solving skills
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Ability to do some heavy lifting when needed, must be physically able
