The Bristol office is seeking either an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant OR Newly Qualified Architect to undertake an immediate short-term contract, with strong potential for the position to become permanent.

General Duties
- Undertake multiple RIBA Stage 1 feasibility studies for care home developments in Wales
- Develop concept designs and test site constraints, massing, and layout options
- Produce feasibility drawings, presentations and supporting documentation
- Work independently to tight deadlines
- Attend briefing meetings in the Bristol office as required
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure coordinated and deliverable proposals
- Exposure to early-stage feasibility work within the healthcare sector
Ideal Candidate
- Newly Qualified Architect or experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant
- Available to start immediately (no notice period)
- Strong UK project experience
- Demonstrable experience undertaking early-stage feasibility studies
- Experience in care home or healthcare projects advantageous (transferable sector experience considered)
- 100% proficiency in Revit- current primary software and fully confident producing work without supervision
- UK-based and able to travel to Bristol for project briefings
- Able to commit to completing the contract through to the end of April, with interest in a potential permanent role
