About the roleWPS Planned is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to support and manage a portfolio of planned social housing projects across the West Midlands.
This role will take responsibility for the commercial and surveying delivery of planned works programmes and will involve managing contracts from inception through to completion.
There is also the opportunity to manage and support a small team, depending on experience and project requirements.
Works will include a range of planned social housing investment programmes such as kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, and wider refurbishment works.
Key responsibilitiesCandidates must have planned social housing experience. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
