M&E Project Manager

Bridgeman Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a purpose built student accommodation project in Glasgow city centre.

We are recruiting an experienced M&E Project Manager (Ideally Electrical bias)

Requirements:

- Previous experience on Student / Accommodation projects

- Strong leadership across Mechanical & Electrical packages

- Ability to drive quality through to handover

- SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID

Details:

- Competitive day rates negotiable on experience

- Contract runs until Summer 2027.

- Start on site during March 2026
