Externals Site Manager - Multi-Phased Residential Project in West London - Established Residential Developer
We're working with a highly regarded UK housebuilder with a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential schemes across London and the South East. They're currently looking to appoint a Site Manager (or experienced Assistant Site Manager) to join the team on a large, multi-phased residential development in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join a stable and well-structured business, gain experience on a flagship project, and progress their career within an established team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of site operations
Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and trades to ensure programme and quality targets are met
Maintain a strong focus on health & safety and compliance across site activities
Assist in carrying out quality inspections and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Contribute to weekly progress meetings and liaise closely with internal departments and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on residential developments (for a housebuilder or main contractor on residential projects)
Good understanding of NHBC standards and build processes
Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
- Degree qualified (or NVQ Level 6)
