Marketing & Events Co-ordinator

My client, a dynamic and growing business, is seeking an organised and proactive Marketing & Events Co-ordinator to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is looking for a role where they can build on existing experience, take real ownership of activity, and play a key role in shaping marketing and event delivery within a growing organisation.

Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will support and coordinate a broad range of digital marketing initiatives alongside the planning and delivery of company events and brand activity.

The Role

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys managing multiple projects and takes pride in delivering high-quality marketing activity.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and maintaining website content to ensure accuracy and optimisation
  • Supporting and monitoring digital marketing campaigns including PPC, SEO and social media activity
  • Creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across digital platforms
  • Planning and coordinating exhibitions, events, and marketing initiatives from concept through to delivery.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and producing marketing reports using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Managing marketing schedules, timelines, and supplier coordination

You will already have experience within a marketing or events coordination role and be looking for an opportunity to further develop your skills within a growing business.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or events coordination role
  • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to work across teams and external partners.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence using digital platforms, social media, and website content systems.

A full driving licence and access to transport would be beneficial due to location of the office which is based just outside Ipswich. Hybrid working will be considered but it is ideally a full-time office-based position.
