Essential: Proven experience in BIM strategy development and implementation, aligned with BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework. Hands-on experience developing and managing asset information standards, including AIRs, EIRs, and digital handover documentation. Extensive experience in BIM assurance and quality control, including audits, model reviews, and ensuring compliance with operational and project requirements. High level of competency in BIM software, including advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; experience with other Autodesk tools is beneficial Experience in Project management at portfolio level Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
