Assistant Commercial Manager

ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Assistant Commercial Manager on a 2 month contract.
The Role:
- Deliver end-to-end procurement activity across Workforce Category agreements
- Support volume mini competitions and direct awards
- Manage procurement compliance across legacy PCR/UCR and the Procurement Act
- Work closely with commercial managers on retendering and pipeline activity
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to governance standards
- Use SAP purchasing processes (training provided)
Requirements:
- Experience supporting or running framework retenders
- Experience running full procurement cycles
- Must be comfortable handling multiple procurements at speed.
- Familiarity with PCR, UCR, and the new Procurement Act is required.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
- Can quickly integrate into a busy team supporting multiple workforce-related categories
