The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK.

We are hiring Reach Truck drivers to work on the day shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire

Shift: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

Hours: 07.00 to 18.00

Pay rate: £13.47 basic (£15.45 inc hol pay ) Overtime at £20.21 after 45 hours worked

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage Stack items safely and efficiently
• Pick items as per the guidelines provided.
• Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.
• Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.
• Move goods aroud site and load trailers
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.

• Prior experience working in a similar warehouse role
