Essential Criteria: Must have solid occupational experience within Mortgage Advice. Ideally hold a Level 3 Financial Services qualification (or equivalent) e.g., CeMAP; CertRDB or equivalent Must hold a recognised Assessor award. Experience of delivering internal workplace training to colleagues, is highly desirable. Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills to learners. Excellent IT skills and confident with the use of IT and online systems. Full, clean driving licence, and use of a vehicle (Must be flexible with travel, as and when required).
