What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions
Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments with confidence and accuracy
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers
Supporting Appointed Representatives with administrative tasks and client communications
Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to add real value to our clients
What We're Looking For:
Experience in commercial insurance
Strong knowledge of a range of commercial products
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling priorities
Cert CII qualified (or working towards it)
