As an Energy Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will include

• Entering and validating electricity, gas and water invoices
• Submitting monthly validation and query reports to customers
• Uploading energy consumption data to the inhouse platform
• Ensure billing errors are corrected by the suppliers
• Delivering high quality customer service
• Requesting meter readings and submitting to suppliers

We re looking for an Energy Analyst with the following skills and experience

• Ideally 3-5 years experience working within the energy industry
• Highly numerate with excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Great communication skills and customer orientated
• Happy to work in a faced paced environment
• A good understanding of UK electricity and gas charge band structures
• Background in data entry or administrative processing

In return, the successful Energy Analyst will receive a salary of £35,000 to £40,000, plus the following benefits
