Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + Uncapped commission

Using this formula, we have stood parallel to some of the market-leading education recruitment agencies across London and the UK.

Teach Plus has seen rapid growth year on year, tripling in size and is quickly becoming schools' go-to agency across London. We're a determined, driven team that works hard and has plenty of fun along the way. This year, we're aiming for our biggest year yet, with a new office move in the coming weeks, and we'd love for new team members to be part of that journey.

Whether it's preparing a candidate for an interview, supplying a school with an excellent teacher, or pitching our business to a prospective school, we want you and Teach Plus to be the go-to choice in the education recruitment sector.
