Senior Finance Business Partner
Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a growing aviation business in London to source a Senior Finance Business Partner to join them permanently.
Duties
- Lead financial oversight of all cost categories
- Business partner with CEO and COO
- Improve reporting cycles and data integrity with Accounting, AP, and AR
- Enhance spend reporting across key cost areas
- Own budgeting and forecasting with robust scenario modelling
- Deliver accurate monthly reporting and variance analysis
- Translate operational drivers into financial KPIs
- Challenge cost assumptions and investment proposals
- Drive and track cost-saving initiatives with key stakeholders
- Promote cost discipline and accountability across the business
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified
- Proven ability to effectively use data, intelligence and evidence to create meaningful insight
- Experience partnering with C Suite Stakeholders
- Experience working in an aviation business
Salary + other information:
- 85,000 - 95,000 + 10% bonus
- Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office 2 days from home
