The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and organised Paralegal to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of practice areas, supporting fee earners and gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting solicitors with a varied caseload across departments, including property, private client, family, or commercial matters
- Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents
- Opening and closing client files, including ID and compliance checks
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
- Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals
- Managing diaries, appointments, and deadlines
- Updating and maintaining the firm's case management system
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team
Candidate Requirements- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (preferred)
- Previous legal or office experience (desirable)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, client-focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
