We are recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant (Days) to join an exceptional, stand-alone nursing and residential care home on the outskirts of Winchester. This purpose-built care home provides both residential and nursing care for older people in a setting designed for comfort and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care
• Support residents with personal care and daily living tasks
• Promote dignity, independence and choice
• Assist with mobility and wellbeing
• Accurately record care provided
• Offer emotional support and companionship

You ll play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and respected throughout the day.

• Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
• A compassionate and patient nature
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and a strong team ethic
• A genuine passion for supporting older people
