Commercial Insurance Account Handler

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join a growing, forward-thinking insurance brokerage in Preston.

As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you'll play a key role in managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients across various sectors. You'll work closely with account executives, insurers, and clients to ensure smooth handling of renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

• Handle all aspects of commercial insurance policies including renewals, adjustments, and new business.
• Liaise directly with clients and insurers to provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Prepare policy documentation and ensure accuracy in all communications.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through proactive service and support.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve company targets and client satisfaction.

The Person:

• Previous experience in a commercial insurance role (brokerage or insurer).
• Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products (e.g., property, liability, motor, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Cert CII qualification is desirable, or a willingness to work towards it.
