Senior Account Executive

Amersham Permanent Full Time Hybrid (2 days office)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join a growing commercial team. This is a client-facing role combining new business development, account management, and technical insurance expertise.

You'll inherit a book of business and will be responsible for developing client relationships, driving growth, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and research
• Manage renewals, negotiations, and policy reviews
• Provide tailored commercial insurance solutions
• Stay up to date with market and regulatory changes
• Support junior team members and maintain compliance standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive
• Strong new business and client retention track record
• Solid knowledge of insurance products and underwriting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable

• CII/ACII qualified (or working towards)
• Experience with Acturis
