Senior Service Advisor
Basic Salary: £32,000
OTE : £40,000 +
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am till 6pm
Location: Feltham

Responsibilities of a Senior Service Advisor
Arranging Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
Overseeing the Service Team
Maintaining a high level of customer service score
Skills and Qualifications of a Senior Service Advisor
Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
Previous experience Upselling
Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
