This role focuses on driving performance across service, parts and customer support, ensuring profitability, efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:- Lead and develop the aftersales team to achieve performance targets
- Set and implement annual plans for profitability and productivity
- Monitor KPIs and take corrective action where required
- Manage departmental budgets, overheads and cost control
- Implement pricing, warranty and customer service policies
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and key stakeholders
- Oversee management accounts and monthly performance reviews
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategy accordingly
- Recruit, structure and develop department staff
Requirements:- Proven experience managing aftersales operations within a dealership
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- Experience with budget planning and performance management
- Knowledge of manufacturer standards and automotive industry practices
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Organised, proactive and results-driven
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
