Salary: Dependent on experience

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead all aftersales operations within a busy dealership environment. This role focuses on driving performance across service, parts and customer support, ensuring profitability, efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the aftersales team to achieve performance targets
• Set and implement annual plans for profitability and productivity
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective action where required
• Manage departmental budgets, overheads and cost control
• Implement pricing, warranty and customer service policies
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and key stakeholders
• Oversee management accounts and monthly performance reviews
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategy accordingly
• Recruit, structure and develop department staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing aftersales operations within a dealership
• Strong financial and commercial awareness
• Experience with budget planning and performance management
• Knowledge of manufacturer standards and automotive industry practices
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Organised, proactive and results-driven
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
