Conducting negotiations with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes. Providing clear legal advice to clients regarding property rights, obligations, and legal procedures. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout each transaction. Liaising with external parties such as surveyors, mortgage brokers, and local authorities to coordinate necessary steps. Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring timely progression of all matters. Supporting junior team members where appropriate and contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental procedures. Experience Proven track record managing residential property transactions from inception to completion. Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable outcomes for clients while maintaining professional integrity. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively under tight deadlines. Familiarity with relevant legislation such as the Land Registration Act, Leasehold Reform Act, and other property law statutes. Experience working within a legal environment with strong professionalism and attention to detail.
