As an Apprentice Customer Service Coordinator:

• Plan and track deliveries of aggregate, asphalt and concrete so customers get what they need, on time, ensuring effective use of transport
• Work with Sales, Operations and Transport teams to keep things running smoothly
• Call customers the day before delivery to confirm times and orders
• Deal with last-minute changes and let customers know if anything changes
• Keep records up to date so the business knows what was delivered, what wasn't, and why
• Build good relationships with customers over the phone
• Help improve how the team works by sharing ideas and hitting targets.

You will attend college; the choice of college will be dependent on where you live.
