Registered Fostering Manager
Salary: from £50,000

NonStop's client, based in the Southeast, is looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their non-profit fostering organisation on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of 5 staff while overseeing around 60 fostering households, helping everyone deliver safe, high-quality, trauma-informed care.
- Help the service grow and improve - support foster care retention, developing staff skills, and building a positive, learning-focused culture.
- Ensure compliance, safeguarding practices whilst maintain Ofsted rating and a high standard of care
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England
- Driver
- Very good understanding of the Ofsted regulations, fostering legislation / National Minimum Standards
- Management experience, either a Registered Fostering Manager or Deputy Manager within an IFA
