IT Services Team Leader Infrastructure & Operations Haywards Heath, West Sussex Hybrid £65,000 - £75,000

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Services Team Leader to lead and develop a technical operations team. This role focuses on people leadership, team development, and service improvement. Our client is a multi national opearting in the data centre delivery space. Small team of 4 - 5 individuals

The Role

• Lead, coach and develop a technical support/operations team
• Create a positive, collaborative team culture
• Support day-to-day operations with the Data Centre Manager
• Improve processes, tooling and service reliability
• Promote Agile ways of working
• Ensure systems and services remain stable and continuously improved

• 3-5 years' leadership experience within IT operations/infrastructure
• Some Linux exposure (admin-level understanding is enough)
• Experience with tools like Puppet, Ansible or Zabbix (or similar)
• Strong communicator and decision-maker
• ITIL Foundation (or willingness to gain it)
