Treasury Analyst Specialist - KYC/AML/eBam/Quantum

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst Specialist to support global bank account administration activities. This contract role will focus on maintaining and administering global bank accounts, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC requirements, and supporting treasury operations related to business integration activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal treasury teams and external banking partners to manage bank account life cycles and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close bank accounts as required.

• Maintain existing bank accounts, including adding/removing services and updating authorized signers.

• Complete and manage AML/KYC documentation requests from banking partners.

• Collaborate with internal treasury teams to establish and maintain bank data transmissions.

• Maintain accurate bank account records in treasury management systems (eBAM and Quantum).

• Report bank account data to internal stakeholders and investigate/resolve discrepancies.

• Support bi-annual global signatory audits.

• Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Treasury team mailbox.

• Perform additional treasury-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience working with global banking partners in daily bank account administration.

• Hands-on experience managing AML and KYC documentation processes.

• Solid understanding of cash management principles and banking operations.

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial statements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with accounting/reporting systems.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with external partners.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling time-sensitive requests.
