Job Overview
Architectural Assistant (Part II) Job in SW London with a RIBA Chartered practice specialising in high-end residential, hospitality and listed building projects across the UK and overseas. This role suits a Part II Architectural Assistant/ Architectura Designer with at least three years' UK experience seeking exposure to prime residential and hotel schemes from concept to construction. Based in South West London, you will support design and technical delivery across RIBA Stages 1-6, working closely with senior architects on new build, refurbishment and conservation projects.
Role & Responsibilities
Prepare design and construction information packages
Develop concept and detailed design proposals
Produce planning and Building Regulations drawings
Coordinate consultants and technical information
Assist with tender documentation and NBS specifications
Skills & Experience Required
Part II qualified with minimum three years' experience
Strong UK residential or hospitality project background
Experience across RIBA Stages 1-6
Understanding of UK Building Regulations
Proficient in Vectorworks, knowledge desirable
