Job Description

Position: Compliance Administrator - Birmingham Business Park, near the Airport.

Salary: 28,923 pro rata

Basis: Monday - Friday Working Hours between - 08:30 - 16:30

Term: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the correct operation and maintenance of housing compliance related administrative systems, procedures and processes
  • To provide clerical and administration support, including document preparation, photocopying, scanning, telephone call handling, meeting recording, diary management, system/data analysis
  • To contribute to the effective and safe operation of our Compliance Hub, including the accurate use and maintenance of administration and financial systems

Qualifications and experience:

  • Administration
  • Telephone
  • Data Entry
  • Social Housing (desirable)
  • Compliance and building safety (desirable)
