Location: Norwich
Pay: £13.37 per hour
Hours: Working alternate days during the week, Late shift or afternoon shift and including weekends ,30 hours a week.
Full Clean UK driving licence is essential

ISQ Recruitment is working with a public services organisation in Norwich who are looking to recruit a Park Duty Operative on a long ongoing basis with a view to secure a permanent role for the right candidate, You will play a vital role in supporting the To ensure parks and public toilets are opened and secured during alternate days during the week, Late shift or afternoon shift and including weekends shifts. The role involves routine site checks, bin emptying, litter picking and children's play area inspections.

Pay £13.37 Per Hour

Key Duties
  • Unlock parks and public toilets at designated opening times.
  • Lock and secure parks and toilet facilities at designated closing times.
  • Conduct regular inspections of parks and public conveniences.
  • Empty bins as required and replace bin liners.
  • Carry out litter picking across park areas, pathways, playgrounds, and surrounding grounds.
  • Report any damage, vandalism, anti-social behaviour, or maintenance issues to management.
  • Maintain a visible presence to promote safety and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work in all weather conditions.
About You
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential), with the ability to tow equipment where required.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Predominantly outdoor work across public highways, parks, and other managed land, Exposure to varying weather conditions.
