You'll lead complex mechanical design and delivery without being boxed into a specific senior title. Mission-Critical Focus - Your work will centre on high-availability environments, including advanced cooling solutions, resilient HVAC systems, ventilation strategies, and mechanical infrastructure designed for continuous operation. Client Trust & Technical Authority - You will act as a senior technical point of contact for clients, providing confidence, clarity, and direction through all stages of design and delivery. International & Collaborative Environment - You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams across Black & White Engineering's global offices, blending UK best practice with German engineering standards. Develop Others, Grow Yourself - You will support and mentor engineers within the team while continuing to grow your own technical and commercial capability in an international market. Essential Skills Strong background in data-centre or mission-critical mechanical design (cooling, HVAC, resilience, redundancy). Proven experience leading complex mechanical building services projects . Excellent understanding of mechanical TGA systems and performance-driven design. Experience working in the UK or EU consulting engineering market . Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany (support provided). Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. German language skills are advantageous but not essential at the point of relocation - support can be provided as you settle into the role.
