Senior Complaints Officer (Housing)

3 months

£300 per day

Our client is a London Council and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Complaints Officer to assist in dealing with housing complaints. You will need experience of dealing with the housing ombudsman, demonstrate excellent customer service and be able to mentor and coach junior team members.
