• Competitive basic salary starting from £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• Realistic on-target earnings up to £38,000 including commissions and bonuses

Duties:

• Providing vehicle parts and accessories to the workshop, primarily from the back counter
• Handling customer and trade enquiries via phone and face-to-face interactions
• Managing stock levels, ordering parts, and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Supporting the team during busy periods to ensure smooth parts department operations
• Assisting with stock takes and inventory management tasks
• Ensuring delivery of high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within a car dealership or similar automotive environment
• Good mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle parts and systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
