Our Cheltenham restaurant is already going strong, and we're on the lookout for a passionate Sous Chef to help lead the team and deliver knockout food every day.
What You'll Be Doing

• Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
• Lead, train, and develop the back-of-house team
• Keep prep, service, and hygiene standards sharp and consistent
• Ensure food is delivered fast, fresh, and full of flavour
• Take charge of stock control, health & safety, and daily systems
• Be a positive, motivating force in the kitchen

What You'll Need

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a busy kitchen
• Love for bold, high-quality food and fast service
• Calm, confident approach under pressure
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of kitchen safety, systems, and structure
• Enthusiasm to grow and evolve with a popular brand
