Short coaching sessions for staff on how the subject is best taught, including common misconceptions, sequencing, explanations, exam technique and model answers. Occasional live tutoring sessions so the team can observe excellent pedagogy in practice. Remote / async responsibilities may include: Working through the live platform and flagging what is strong and what feels off.
