At Lavender Care we currently have opportunities available for a Children's Home Manager based in the Gateshead region for a provider of adult's and children's residential services.

The services support children and young people aged 10 plus
They offer specialised care for young people with complex and challenging needs on a 24 hour/7 day a week basis.

The home is a solo service based in the region

• Gateshead
• Children's Home Manager
• £45,000 - £50,000
• Solo Home
• Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Level 3 diploma in Children and Young people's Workforce/Residential Childcare
• Level 5 Leadership and Managment or Enrolled
• Experience managing and supervising small teams
• Experience within a children's residential setting preferred
